WATER


Drink a glass of water every morning when you wake up before you eat.

We all know water is good for you. We need about 7 to 8 glasses a day. Drinking one of those glasses before you eat in the morning will jump start your day and help you make better choices buy making your first choice a glass of water. More water purges the toxins in your blood which makes your skin glow and the more water you drink the easier it is to loose weight. It boasts your metabolism

Yeah for water!.
