Day 2

Plan your Work-Outs


This is a little advice of my own. Plan your exercise  and time the day before. It's more likely to be enjoyable and accomplished. A lot of times we wake up and know we should exercise but don't know what to do or when to do it. It just seems over whelming and not fun. We may procrastinate till the end of the day when we're to tired anyway. Now we are upset that we didn't work out so..."who cares what I eat now". Sound familiar?

Goal: plan your work-outs the day before, heck, plan them week by week. As you plan your week and the things you need to accomplish add your exercise schedule in there as well.


The above website gives you a basic check list for one week. 

There are also a variety of apps to download. I have used JEFIT

Modify your work-outs to fit your bodies needs and for your enjoyment.
